Gundy Cahyadi is currently Research Director in Prasasti Center for
Policy Studies, an independent policy think-tank established in
2025. Concurrently, he is also an Independent Commissioner at UOB
Asset Management Indonesia. With 20 years of experience in the
financial sector, Gundy has also built a solid foundation as a
seasoned analyst in ASEAN, having last served in as a Regional
Economist at DBS Bank in Singapore from 2013 to 2018.
Outside of his professional work, Gundy is an avid tennis player and
a chess enthusiast. Originally from Indonesia, he currently divides
his time between Singapore and Jakarta.
Gundy holds a Master’s degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University (2006)
and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor (2004).
