Neneng Goenadi is the Country Managing
Director at Grab Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s
leading superapp, since February 2019. In this
role, Neneng brings more than 25 years of
business experience and vast industry
knowledge to drive the company’s mission in
Indonesia. Neneng is managing all Grab
Indonesia’s business across different vertica
and focus, while also championing
GrabForGood, the company's long-term vision
aims to empower people in Indonesia to gain
critical access – some for the first time – to technology, upskilling and digit
services.
Prior to joining Grab, Neneng has been the Country Managing Director for
Accenture in Indonesia since April 2013. Neneng has more than 25 years
working in the consulting industry. Prior to being a CMD, she held several
roles, amongst others as Resources Industry Lead, ASEAN Management
Consulting Lead since October 2015, and ASEAN Human Capital and
Diversity Lead (2011–2016).
Outside of Grab, she is the Treasurer and Vice President Finance & Strategy
in Intelligent Transport System Indonesia (2020–present), Board of Director,
Save The Children Indonesia (2019–present); Board of Founder, Indonesia
Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (IBCWE) (mid 2016–Jan 31
2019); Board of Founder, Indonesia Service Dialogue (2015–Jan 31 2019);
Member of International Affairs, APINDO - Association of Indones
Businesses (mid 2015–present); and Member of the Quality Assurance for
Bureaucracy Reform team (2016–2020), and prior to that as Secretary of the
Quality Assurance - Bureaucracy Reform team (2012–2015).
Neneng received her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from
Parahyangan University, Indonesia and her MBA in Finance from Cleveland
State University, USA.
