Trihadi Saptoadi serves as Managing Director at Tahija Enterprise and Chairman of the Executive Board/CEO of the Tahija Foundation, a venture philanthropy organization in Indonesia founded by Tahija business family. In 2023, the Foundation successfully completed a multi-year project on eradicating dengue in collaboration with Gadjah Mada University and the World Mosquito Program of Monash University. Currently, the Foundation is partnering with Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara to implement community-led mangrove conservation and rehabilitation in Bangka Belitung. Trihadi is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Philanthropy Indonesia and Board of Trustee of Yayasan Wahana Visi Indonesia.

Previously, Trihadi was the Global Lead and Senior Vice President for the Programme and Policy group at World Vision International, based in London. In this role, Trihadi led WV global capital offices in Brussels, Geneva, and New York to foster engagement with UN agencies, the European Union, and global civil society organizations. Before assuming global role, Trihadi served as Regional Vice President for World Vision's South Asia and Pacific based in Singapore. In this role, he oversaw country operations in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.

As a senior leader at World Vision’s Global Office, he played a significant role in building partnership with private and public sectors to address poverty, hunger, disasters and other emergencies. Throughout his tenure, Trihadi managed World Vision’s emergency responses to crises, including conflicts in Nepal and natural disasters such as floods, typhoons, earthquakes, hunger and tsunamis in China, Nepal, Laos, Indonesia, and the Philippines, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. He also oversaw relief assistance to conflicts in Syria, Sudan, Jerusalem West Bank and Gaza.

Currently, Trihadi brings his skills and experience to the intersection of business and philanthropy. He continues to explore and apply approaches that combine business discipline with a philanthropic mindset to drive sustainable and impactful outcomes.
