Afu is the Founder and CEO of Think Policy, a one-stop advisory focusing on improving Indonesia’s public policy ecosystem. Between 2022-2023, she provided support as a Senior Technical Expert to Indonesia’s Ministry of Education on the integration of climate change education to the national curriculum, as well as analytical work for green skills development through vocational education. Prior to this, Afu was an economist at the World Bank, working with the environment team on greening fiscal policy and broader climate transition
