Dyah Roro Esti Widya Putri B.A., M.Sc is the Vice Ministry of Trade in Kabinet Merah Putih appointed by President Prabowo Subianto on October 20, 2024. Roro earned a Bachelor of Economics and Sociology (B.A. Hons) from the University of Manchester in 2013, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Change from the same university in 2014. Roro earned an M.Sc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London in 2015 with an LPDP Scholarship.

Before being appointed as Vice Ministry of Trade, Roro was a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the Golkar Party, East Java Electoral District (covering Gresik and Lamongan) for the 2019–2024 period. Roro was also entrusted as a Member of Commission VII of the Indonesian House of Representatives with a scope of duties in energy, research and technology, and industry. Roro is also the founder of the Indonesian Energy and Environment Institute (IE2I), a conservation NGO to raise awareness about global warming and the negative impacts of climate change based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
